Bonnie brings over 17 years of experience in the dental field to her role as Senior Office Leader at True Care Family Dental and Implant Dentistry. She began her journey in 2004 as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA), where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and treatment planning. Over the years, Bonnie has held various roles that have sharpened her leadership and administrative skills, culminating in her current position where she plays an essential role in clinic operations.
Since joining True Care Dental, Bonnie has been instrumental in streamlining protocols, implementing systems, and supporting Dr. Bishara’s transition into the practice. Her passion for patient care shines through in every interaction—whether she's coordinating treatment plans, guiding patients through their visits, or simply ensuring each individual feels informed and comfortable.
Bonnie is also deeply committed to lifelong learning and professional growth. She holds certifications in phlebotomy, IV therapy, and as an EFDA. In May 2025, she earned her Associate of Arts degree from CFCC. She was recently accepted into the University of Florida’s Criminology program, where she is pursuing her BAS with a minor in Leadership Excellence, with plans to continue into a Master’s degree in Forensics.
Outside the office, Bonnie is a devoted wife, mom, and “Mimi” who loves spending quality time with her family. She enjoys outdoor adventures, scuba diving, and pin trading at Disney—proudly embracing her role as a true Disney adult.
