Bonnie brings over 20 years of experience in dentistry to her role as Senior Office Leader at True Care Family Dental and Implant Dentistry, as well as Premiere Dentistry of The Villages. She began her dental career in 2004 as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA), building a strong foundation in patient care, treatment planning, and clinical excellence. Her journey has included a variety of positions that have refined her leadership, operational, and administrative expertise, ultimately preparing her for the senior leadership role she holds today.
Since joining Marquee Dental Partners, Bonnie has been a driving force in streamlining protocols, improving systems, and supporting Dr. Bishara and Dr. Chakkiwala through their transitions into the practices. Her dedication to patient care is evident in every interaction—whether she is coordinating treatment plans, assisting patients with understanding their insurance benefits, managing financial discussions, or simply ensuring each person feels comfortable, informed, and valued.
Bonnie is committed to lifelong learning and professional growth. She holds certifications in phlebotomy, IV therapy, and Expanded Function Dental Assisting. In May 2025, she earned her Associate of Arts degree from CFCC and was recently accepted into the University of Florida’s Criminology program, where she is pursuing her BAS with a minor in Leadership Excellence. She plans to continue into a Master’s program in Forensics.
Outside of the office, Bonnie is a devoted wife, mom, and “Mimi” who cherishes time with her family. She loves outdoor adventures, scuba diving, and pin trading at Disney—proudly embracing her status as a true Disney adult.
